Watch Phantogram’s Edgy ‘You Don’t Get Me High Anymore’ Video

Phantogram have debuted the edgy, Grant Singer-directed clip for their latest single "You Don't Get Me High Anymore." The track appears on their upcoming album Three, set for release on September 16th.

The cinematic clip is largely an image of action-packed scenes, reflecting the urgency and longing of the song. The clip jumps between the desert, a seedy hotel room and a science lab with latex faces and mysterious, fleshy blobs being stabbed.

Ricky Reed, who has recently worked with Meaghan Trainor, Icona Pop, Twenty One Pilots and Robin Thicke, produced the single, which debuted in June. Though Three is Phantogram's first album as a duo since 2014's Voices, the pair teamed up with OutKast's Big Boi for 2015's Big Grams. In an interview with SPIN, Reed revealed that not only did he work with Phantogram on several songs for the new album but that the new material will be darker than usual. "It's really heavy, it's very affronting," he said.
