Inside Taylor Swift’s All-Star Concert Film: Ram Report

Taylor Swift released a new concert film chronicling her recent global tour on December 20th. Premiering exclusively on Apple Music, Taylor Swift: The 1989 World Tour captures a performance in Sydney, Australia, from November and includes a wealth of backstage and rehearsal footage.

The main draw, however, is Swift’s roster of special guests, from Mick Jagger to Justin Timberlake. And many are from the Nashville community: Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, the Band Perry and Little Big Town all make cameos, along with Alison Krauss, the Dixie Chicks’ Natalie Maines and Music City transplant Steven Tyler.

While Swift is no longer a country star — her 1989 album was a stunning pop statement — she remains close with many of the genre’s top draws, including Keith Urban, who joined Swift on Tim McGraw’s “Highway Don’t Care.” On one of the 1989 Tour’s most memorable collaborations, Urban popped up onstage at Swift’s Toronto show to sing his hits “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16″ and “Somebody Like You.” Lambert too turned in a buzzed-about appearance, lending her “Little Red Wagon” to the “Bad Blood” superstar’s concert in Greensboro, North Carolina.
