Beyonce has always been a vision of beauty, but were the singer’s bootylicious curves too much for H&M’s current ad campaign? According to the Huffington Post, Beyonce is not happy with the way that the fashion retailer allegedly over-Photoshopped her body in revealing swimwear ads.

Huff Po shares that “various reports” claim that Bey ordered H&M bigwigs to remove photos from the recent advertising campaign, because she felt the brand reduced her voluptuous frame to a smaller size.

The site shared a statement from H&M on the matter: “Beyoncé was our first choice for this campaign and we were delighted when she said yes. Our purpose has always been to portray Beyoncé as the strong and beautiful woman she is. It has been a good working process and a close cooperation. Both parties are happy with the images.”

The sizzling ad campaign shows Mrs. Carter in an array of swimwear and beach attire, including some very skimpy bikinis. Shot by Jonas Åkerlund, MTV Style reported earlier that the concept of the shoot was to represent the four elements of nature— fire, water, wind, and earth— in a fashionable way.

This isn’t the first time a singer has blasted a fashion brand for misrepresenting her size. Last year, Rihanna lashed out at UK newspapers who claimed that her body was made to look curvier in spots for Armani Jeans, by using a body double.

No word from Beyonce’s camp on the allegations. In 2011, Teen Vogue ran an interview with the superstar in which she talked about embracing one’s physique at any size. “The best thing I can say to young ladies is accept the body you’re in. If you have curves, love your curves. The thing to strive for is to have the best healthy body you can have. It’s really not about being skinny or being curvy. What matters is that you love yourself and you are taking care of your health.”
