Ariana Grande Graces The Cover Of The August Issue Of Seventeen

Ariana Grande’s hair: Take a GOOD look.

FINALLY MY TIME HAS ARRIVED! Sorry to make this immediately about me (oops), but every single time I get a blow out (date night!), I say I want “big hair,” and the hairdresser is like, really?? But WHY? You’re not entering a pageant. But the next time my stylist looks at me with pure disgust, I can just point him in the direction of Ariana Grande‘s voluminous hair on the August cover of Seventeen magazine! In fact, we fully bet that while she was shooting this photo, the Nickelodeon “Sam & Cat” star was probably all like, BIG HAIR, DON’T CARE! Wanna know what? Neither do we, bb. NEITHER. DO. WE.

See more photos from Ariana Grande’s Seventeen magazine spread after the jump.

Inside the issue, “The Way” chanteuse opens up to Seventeen about the success of her Mac Miller-assisted new single (that ish has gone platinum!!), her upcoming album, and situations that shook her self-confidence. On her album, Ariana confesses: “I’m a big perfectionist! I’m trying to channel super-confident women like Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, and Beyoncé, because I realized that if you want something, you really have to go for it, just like they do.” AMEN.

On her shaken self-confidence, however, Ariana reveals: “I worked with someone who told me they’d never like me. But for some reason, I just felt like I needed her approval. So I stared changing myself to please her. It made me stop being social and friendly. I was so unhappy.” Uh, well, how abut you just direct that certain someone to a screen shot of that one time “The Way” snagged the No. 1 spot on the iTunes chart, your toned abs, and, once more for emphasis, your BIG HAIR! Your big, perfect hair.
